Introduction

The GHFutures2030 Commission report focuses on the digital transformations of health, youth health futures of growing up in a digital world, as well as ways to shape health futures by addressing the digital divide. It examines integrative policies that are being developed around the world which have the greatest potential to improve the health and wellbeing of all ages, especially children and young people, to maximize health equity in resource poor settings, while ensuring human rights.

Youth voices are critical in amplifying the report findings and translating these findings into concise action through advocacy and engagement. GHFutures2030 Regional Youth Champions (RYC) are well connected to agents of change and share similar foundational values for digital health governance as the Commission such as democracy, solidarity, inclusion, equity, and human rights.

Our Regional Youth Champions

Are committed to:

Support the advocacy and dissemination of Commission report findings and key recommendations at the regional level
Share key messages of the Commission report
Share the Youth statement and Call for action to engage with youth changemakers as well as decision makers
Champion the GHFutures2030 Youth Network through strengthened youth engagement dedicated to the digital transformation of health inspired by the needs of children and young people, generating dialogues, events, and actions that are co-designed and co-governed for and with young people

Support us in:

Partnership creation with youth networks and key stakeholders
Raising awareness of report findings and recommendations at the regional level
Fostering successful collaborations with Commissioners at the regional launches
