Louise Holly (@loueybird) is a policy and advocacy specialist with over 15 years’ experience of promoting health equity and children’s rights. Following roles with organisations such as Save the Children and UNICEF, Louise now works as an independent consultant supporting various organisations with policy analysis, research, and writing publications aimed at influencing decision-makers and policymaking processes. As part of the Commission Secretariat, Louise has been providing Commissioners with policy and research support on a range of topics, including on children’s and young people’s health, well-being, and rights in relation to digital technologies. She has a BA Hons in Philosophy from King’s College London and an MSc in History and International Relations from the London School of Economics.
